This building was designed and built for the university student seeking privacy and security close to campus. Five private deluxe studio/lodging rooms each have their own sleeping room with kitchenettes and sinks. Three of the rooms feature private bathrooms. Two of the rooms share a bathroom. The building is located across from the Amtrak station, one block from WSU and just a few blocks from beautiful Lake Park with miles of bike trails meandering around beautiful East and West Lakes Winona. Even though there is ample private, reserved parking, you will rarely need a vehicle: the downtown business district is only a short walk from your new home.
