Scott manages the day-to-day operations of Bluff City Properties Inc.His duties include office and maintenance staff supervision, scheduling appointments for tours/showings of rental units, and helping renters wherever he can. Scott has actually been interested in a career in property management since high school! Indeed, his education and experience have given him the ideal background for this position.

Scott graduated from Luther College, where he earned a BA in Business Management. He distinguished himself as a baseball player at Luther each of his four years of enrollment. Scott's diverse work experiences in business/marketing, client services, and in various trades such as plumbing and carpentry, have provided him with a well-rounded background of education and skills for this position. All of these experiences have provided him with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure that all of our customers become-and remain-happy renters.

Ann Grimes came to Bluff City Properties with rich and varied experiences in financial services and in customer service. She has a degree in Business Accounting. Prior to her current position, she was employed by Apple Valley Medical Clinic in Apple Valley, MN. The majority of her previous in finance experience was gained from her work with General Mills, Inc. in Golden Valley, MN in various accounting divisions. Current responsibilities include completion and supervision of all accounting and bookkeeping services, staff support and customer services.

Josh came to Bluff City Properties after 8 years in the residential and commercial construction fields. The majority of his experience was gained through his work running the day-to-day operations of a construction and specialty cabinets company. Josh grew up in a family that ran a construction business. “It’s what I've known all my life.” He has devoted his professional life to mastering the trades of construction, carpentry, and building maintenance.

Josh studied Construction Management at South Dakota State University. During his time in South Dakota, he also worked for Verasun Energy, where his responsibilities included plant maintenance in the field of ethanol production. Josh enjoys working hard and being challenged every day.

Angie provides a wide variety of services for BCP, including showing apartments to prospective tenants, signing leases, resolving conflict among tenants, and organizing the vast amounts of information of our tenants and leases. She attended WSU, majoring in Psychology and will graduate from MN State College Southeast Technical in the spring, with a Legal Administrative Assistant degree. In her spare time, she loves to garden, go camping, tube on the river and enjoys the outdoors (when it is warm!). She is a passionate animal rights advocate and environmentalist and has a lifetime of experience caring for animals and our earth.
