Scott manages the day-to-day operations of Bluff City Properties LLC. His duties include office and maintenance staff supervision, scheduling appointments for tours/showings of rental units, and helping renters wherever he can. Scott has actually been interested in a career in property management since high school! Indeed, his education and experience have given him the ideal background for this position.

Scott graduated from Luther College, where he earned a BA in Business Management. He distinguished himself as a baseball player at Luther each of his four years of enrollment. Scott's diverse work experiences in business/marketing, client services, and in various trades such as plumbing and carpentry, have provided him with a well-rounded background of education and skills for this position. All of these experiences have provided him with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure that all of our customers become-and remain-happy renters.
Scott is here to help you find the perfect rental home to meet your individual needs. He will help to ensure that you are treated in professional and respectful manner. His goal is to ensure that you have a satisfying experience during every facet of the rental process, from selection, signing to moving and maintenance.

Our current renters would agree that we are very fortunate to benefit from the excellent services provided by Josh Hanson. Josh came to Bluff City Properties after 8 years in the residential and commercial construction fields. The majority of his experience was gained through his work running the day-to-day operations of a construction and specialty cabinets company. Josh grew up in a family that ran a construction business. “It’s what I've known all my life.” He has devoted his professional life to mastering the trades of construction, carpentry, and building maintenance.

Josh studied Construction Management at South Dakota State University. During his time in South Dakota, he also worked for Verasun Energy, where his responsibilities included plant maintenance in the field of ethanol production. Josh enjoys working hard and being challenged every day.

Kris performs a variety of services for Bluff City Properties, including showing apartments to prospective tenants, signing leases, and organizing rental information. Before Kris came to Bluff City Properties, she worked in the Registrar’s Office at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire for three years, where she gained valuable office experience. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in December 2009 with a BA in Psychology. Kris is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Counselor Education, with an emphasis in Community Counseling, at WSU. In the future, she wants to focus on women’s issues or helping clients struggling with addiction, but is eager to work with a variety of clients. She hopes to help her clients, and everyone around her, live the best lives they possibly can. At Bluff City Properties, she works hard to ensure that our renters obtain the best possible services when they need them, while enjoying their time renting from BCP. In her free time, Kris enjoys hanging out with her friends and family, being outdoors, reading, writing, and photography.
