Welcome to the Bluff City Properties, Inc. repair link. This is the place to get your concerns addressed regarding any maintenance or repairs requested for your unit. We take your concerns very seriously, and make every effort to respond to your requests as quickly, effectively and efficiently as possible, while minimizing any inconvenience to you. Please note the following:
In the unlikely event that you notice a strong gas smell in your unit, pleae leave the premises immediately and call the Xcel Energy emergency at 1-800-895-1999
If you have an emergency which involves safety or security call 911.
If your repair request involves severe property damage to your apartment or house AND it requires immediate repairs to avoid further damage (for example: water flooding a unit from leaking roof or plumbing problem, any leaking pipes or toilet continuously running, furnace/boiler not working in winter, broken windows or doors in winter), or if it involves a noise complaint, please call 507-454-4444 and follow the instructions to reach our 24 hr emergency line.
If your request is urgent, but not an emergency, we generally respond within one business day.
Routine, non-urgent requests will be addressed on a priority basis within two to five business days.
If your request involves promised improvements to your unit, please review your lease to determine the date by which the improvements are to be completed.
