Scholarships

Both Bluff City Properties, Inc. and Dr. Kevin Brady’s Family, contribute financially for annual scholarships presented to learners at Winona State University.  These scholarships are awarded through the Winona State University Foundation.

The Seth and Claire Scholarship

Future Oceanographer & Marine Biologist

A gift of free rent for an ENTIRE year is awarded each year to the recipient of this scholarship.  This scholarship is in honor of our children and stepchildren.  The scholarship is awarded to one of our current renters who is a full-time student and has maintained at least a 3.2 grade-point average. The student must  have a declared major in a health care or social sciences field.  The recipient must also demonstrate leadership and a commitment to community service.  To apply or for more information, please
