"This is my second year living here with my boyfriend. The location of this building is perfect, between WSU and Downtown. For Efficiency/studios and 1-BRs, they are HUGE -- total luxury for one and big enough for 2, which makes them a super deal. It's just a classy place. The roof deck is cool too. Also, the security and being able to buzz someone in is nice.”
